I can refuse any commission request for any reason.Payment
Full payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment : PayPal.
Additional fees may apply for:
-Complex backgrounds

-Commercial use
-Rush orders
-Major revisions.
Invoices must be paid within 5 days or the commission may be canceled.Refunds
Full refunds are available only before work has started.
Partial refunds may be issued depending on the amount of completed work.
No refunds will be given after the artwork is completed and delivered.Process and revisions
Work-in-progress previews will be sent during the process.
Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase.
Major changes after approval of a sketch may require additional fees.
Excessive revisions may be declined.
Estimated completion time: 1-2 weeks. But it may depend on complexity of the artwork.Usage

Commercial rights must be discussed and purchased separately unless explicitly included.
